PhotoSync offers both a free version and a premium version. The free version allows for testing the transfer functionality, but photos and videos are transferred in low quality, and RAW and HEIC photos are converted to JPEG. To remove these limitations, users can upgrade to PhotoSync Pro, a one-time purchase inside the app. Premium features for users include autotransfer, the PhotoSync Camera, advanced Siri support and workflows, client-side encryption to protect photos and videos, camera support for downloading from various camera brands, and additional premium services and features.
Premium features require an additional purchase, either as a one-time purchase or through a subscription with a free trial period. The duration and price of each subscription are displayed in the PhotoSync app at the time of purchase. The payment is charged to the iTunes account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
