Sandship is a factory management game developed by the creators of Deep Town. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic sci-fi universe where you control the last remaining sandship, an enormous mega-factory with artificial intelligence. The sandship travels through endless deserts on a distant planet. In the game, you will explore and rediscover forgotten technologies, craft new items, and trade with others. However, you must also face a vicious cult determined to destroy your sandship. On your sandship, you can design futuristic factories from scratch. By placing devices such as synthesizers, chemical mixers, and ice guns, you can increase your automated productivity. Connect these devices with conveyor belts to craft various materials, including ancient technology that utilizes the power of the overwell. As you progress, you can upgrade your sandship and expand your factories to produce more complex items. Trading the items you make will earn you credits, XP, and old crates filled with scientific research. This ancient knowledge will enhance your sandship's abilities, making it stronger and more powerful. Throughout the game, your engineering mentor, Harvey, a one-eyed cyborg, will guide you and help you reconnect with his past. Together, you will journey through a mysterious alien desert, facing obstacles and meeting unusual robots and aliens. To progress, you must complete quests, uncover ancient civilizations, and learn about the downfall of this once industrious world. Sandship also offers various activities such as solving factory floor puzzles and creating your own puzzles to share with others. You can also experiment in the sandbox mode without using any resources. Building an underwell will allow you to mine precious resources, but be prepared to defend against extraterrestrial enemies. The game is continuously updated with new features and places to explore, making the universe of Sandship constantly expanding.
