Focus Matrix – Task Manager
Focus Matrix is a smart personal organizer based on the Eisenhower box productivity strategy. It helps users prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance and efficiently manage their daily agenda. Key features include two different views (Matrix and List of Sections), drag-and-drop task movement, section maximization for a detailed view, an inbox section for sorting tasks, sorting and filtering options, reminders and due dates, search and tag support, PDF export/printing, configurable statistics and reports, and password protection. The Pro version offers cross-device synchronization, seamless integration with the Calendar app, and integration with the Be Focused app. Focus Matrix is free to download and use, with Pro features available through a subscription.
