The Safety Reports Incident App is a user-friendly tool designed for employees to easily document first reports of injuries, illnesses, and near misses using their smartphones or tablets. This app streamlines the incident reporting process, expediting the documentation and submission of incidents. Features include compatibility with both smartphones and tablets, the ability to document injuries, illnesses, and near misses, identification of causal factors, creation of PDF incident reports, sending reports via email directly from mobile devices, an unlimited number of submissions, and the option to include up to three photos per incident. Simply open the app, select "Start New Incident," and fill in the applicable fields, upload photos, and submit to create an incident report in real-time, which is then delivered as a PDF via email directly from the user's device.
