The Bank of America Mobile Banking app offers convenient and secure banking services for U.S.-based accounts. Users can easily manage their accounts by viewing balances, reviewing activity, activating or replacing credit/debit cards, and setting up alerts. The app also allows for easy transfer of money and bill payments, with the option to securely send and receive money through Zelle using a mobile number or email address.
Check deposit can be done by simply taking photos of checks, with immediate confirmation of processing. The app also features Erica, a virtual financial assistant, who can assist with finding transactions, paying bills, and providing helpful insights and alerts.
Security is a priority with features such as Touch ID/Face ID setup, notifications for suspected fraudulent activity, and a Mobile Banking Security Guarantee that protects users from liability for fraudulent transactions when promptly reported.
For those interested in managing investments, the app allows for trading stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds, as well as providing up-to-date market data, news, and quotes. Secure messaging and document sharing with advisors is also supported.
The app is subject to the Online Banking Service Agreement and certain terms and conditions. Mobile carrier message and data rates may apply. Zelle transfers require enrollment and have specific limitations. Deposits are subject to verification and may have restrictions. Erica is only available in English.
