Wells Fargo Mobile
Account Management allows users to access and manage their cash, credit, and investment accounts using Touch ID® or Face ID®. Users can review activity and balances, view credit card transactions, and manage rewards. They can also activate or turn cards on/off, add cards to digital wallets, view recurring payments, and manage account access with Card Settings.
The feature also enables users to deposit funds by using their iPhone's camera and instantly view the processing deposit in their account. Users can make transfers and payments between their Wells Fargo accounts and other financial institutions, send and receive money with friends and family using Zelle®, pay bills, and add eligible cards to Apple Wallet™ to use Apple Pay®.
Account Management also includes the ability to track investments, monitor balances, holdings, account activity, and open orders for WellsTrade® accounts. Real-time quotes, charts, and market data are also available.
Users can stay secure by visiting the Security Center to report fraud, manage alerts, and get notified of suspicious card activity. They also have access to their FICO® Credit Score.
Additionally, users can contact Wells Fargo via email, locate ATMs or branches, and set up appointments to meet with bankers.
Please note that certain devices are eligible for biometrics and turning cards off is not a replacement for reporting them lost or stolen. Not all smartphones can use a digital wallet, and mobile carrier rates may apply. Some accounts may not be eligible for mobile deposit, and terms and conditions apply for transferring funds and using Zelle. Sign-up may be required for certain features, and some features may not be available on all mobile devices.
