Customers can open their rented car using their smartphone and manage their bookings through the Toosla App.
Unlike other rental services, Toosla guarantees that the chosen car is the car the customer will have, without any "equivalent" vehicles. All cars come fully equipped with features like GPS, Bluetooth connection, and a phone holder. Additionally, Toosla offers the convenience of picking up and returning the vehicle at any time of the day or night.
To use Toosla, customers need to create and validate an account, which can be done easily with a Facebook connection or a simple email address and password. Along with account validation, customers are required to provide a photo of their driving license, a selfie, and their bank card details.
The process of booking a car is simple, allowing customers to choose their pick-up location, departure and return dates, and the desired car for their trip. The service is available 24/7, 7 days a week.
Picking up the rented vehicle is quick and efficient, thanks to geolocation and precise instructions provided by the app. The car can be automatically opened using the smartphone's Bluetooth connection. After validating the preloaded inventory, customers can simply press the "Start" button and begin their trip.
Returning the vehicle is hassle-free as well, as Toosla does not require customers to refuel before returning. A fuel balance is done at the end of each rental, and customers will be reimbursed for any extra fuel they have in the vehicle or charged for the fuel consumed.
Toosla also provides customers with the flexibility to manage their reservations through the mobile application. If plans change, customers can modify their reservation before it begins. In case of any questions or emergencies, Toosla's customer service is available during weekdays, with emergency calls answered 24/7.
