The WPCU Mobile Banking App is a convenient tool for managing your finances on the go. With this app, you can easily check balances and activity in your checking and savings accounts, view and manage your mortgage, auto loan, or credit card accounts, and set up alerts to stay informed about balances and transactions. The app also offers secure login options using Face ID or Touch ID, as well as a verification code for authentication.
One of the key features of the app is mobile deposit, which allows you to deposit a check right from your mobile device by simply taking a photo. This eliminates the need to wait in line or drive to a Member Center.
The app also provides the ability to transfer funds between WPCU accounts, including transfers to other WPCU members. You can also set up payments to your WPCU loan directly from another financial institution and use Popmoney for quick and easy payments to others.
Mobile Bill Pay is another useful feature, allowing you to pay bills to existing or new payees. You can schedule automatic and recurring payments, view payee history, and add memos to your payments. The app also offers a cash back feature when paying with your debit card, allowing you to view and activate cash back offers from participating retailers and track your rewards.
If you need assistance, the app provides contact information for Member Centers, Shared Branches, and ATM locations, as well as the Member Help Center during normal business hours.
