My Synovus Mobile Banking
The My Synovus Mobile Banking app offers users the convenience and security of banking from anywhere. With this app, users can deposit checks, send or receive payments, transfer money between accounts, pay bills, and view balances. The app also provides features such as instant balance viewing, activity and balance reviews, and transaction search options. Enhanced security measures, including multifactor authentication with Touch or Face ID, ensure the safety of users' accounts. The app also allows for easy fund transfers between accounts and secure money transfers with Popmoney®. Users can schedule, edit, or cancel bill payments, add and edit recipients, and view upcoming eBills. The app also helps users locate Synovus branch and ATM locations. Various permissions are required for specific features, such as location for identifying nearby locations, camera for mobile check deposit, and internet access for connecting to the My Synovus platform. The My Synovus app is free to download but may require data and/or text charges from the mobile service provider. Account limitations may apply to savings and money market accounts. Enrollment in specific services may be required for certain features, such as Popmoney and Bill Pay. Deposit limits and other restrictions apply to mobile check deposits.
