AMI Music, formerly BarLink, is a convenient app that allows users to control their favorite jukebox right from their seats. By selecting a venue, users can find jukeboxes across the nation and browse available songs and music videos for free. To play favorites, users can create an account, add funds for music credits, and choose the songs they want to hear. The app offers features such as logging in with Facebook or creating a free account, finding and checking into AMI venues, adding funds through various payment methods, and viewing songs currently in the queue at a selected venue. Users can also browse popular artists, trending songs, 1-credit albums, and featured playlists, as well as organize their go-to songs and create custom playlists. Bonus credits can be earned by playing multiple songs in one visit. The app also offers a Dark Mode option for dimly lit bars. However, music videos are not available for playback at all locations. Continued use of GPS may decrease battery life, but the app has been designed to minimize battery usage.
