The WTVY Mobile Weather App offers several features to enhance the user's experience and provide accurate and timely weather information. This includes access to station content specifically designed for mobile users, such as high resolution radar and satellite imagery. The app also offers future radar functionality to track severe weather patterns. Updates on current weather conditions are provided multiple times per hour, and users have the ability to save their favorite locations for easy access. Hourly and daily forecasts are updated regularly from computer models, and the app includes a fully integrated GPS for accurate location awareness. Opt-in push alerts are available to provide safety notifications during severe weather events, in addition to severe weather alerts from the National Weather Service.
