The redesigned SharkClean® app is your ultimate cleaning partner, offering convenience, confidence, and control at your fingertips. With precision home mapping, you can customize where, when, and how your robot cleans. Set cleaning schedules, send your robot to clean specific rooms or spots on-demand, and mark areas to avoid. The app provides troubleshooting tips, FAQs, and custom cleaning reports. Features vary by series.
The app offers precision mapping for the 1000 and 2000 series, allowing you to create rooms and high-traffic zones on an interactive map. You can immediately send your robot to clean specific rooms and use the Spot Clean feature on the 2000 series for targeting messes. All series allow you to schedule whole-home cleanings at your convenience and adjust cleaning times.
Voice controls with Amazon Alexa and Google Home make controlling your Shark easy with simple voice commands. You can activate settings like Recharge & Resume, where the robot returns to the base to recharge and continue cleaning larger homes. The Extended Clean feature allows the robot to keep cleaning with remaining battery power until it's time to recharge.
The RV2000WD series offers VACMOP™ mode, allowing you to vacuum and mop your floors simultaneously. You can also add carpet zones on the home map, and the robot will avoid carpets while mopping.
To use the app, you need a Shark® Wi-Fi-Connected Robotic Vacuum (Models supported: 700, 800, 900, 1000, and 2000) and Wi-Fi with 2.4GHz band support. The app is compatible with iOS 13, 14, and 15. For support, visit the respective SharkClean website based on your region.
