Zoho WorkDrive is an online file storage and content collaboration platform designed for individuals and teams. It allows users to store, organize, and manage files in one location and access them from any device.
The WorkDrive mobile app offers several features, including faster file uploads from mobile cameras and other apps, scanning documents using the camera, and organizing bills, discussions, and notes. Seamless file sharing is made easy, with the ability to share files via email and assign different permissions. Users can quickly locate files by searching and filtering based on various criteria, rename and organize files, and set favorites for quick access.
Categorizing files is simplified through the creation of labels, where files and folders can be tagged and managed centrally. Accessibility is also a key feature, as files can be set offline for viewing without an internet connection.
More advanced features are available for WorkDrive's Starter, Team, and Business plans. Team Folders provide a shared and secure space for collaboration, allowing the creation of folders for projects or departments and adding relevant team members. Team Folders automatically make files available to all team members. Users have the ability to create, modify, and monitor Team Folders, as well as assign role-based access permissions.
Files and folders can be shared with anyone within the organization, with role-based access assigned accordingly. Collaboration with external stakeholders is facilitated through external share links, which can be secured with passwords and expiry dates. Users can also stay updated on changes within Team Folders through the Unread section and global notifications.
Document changes can be monitored closely by enabling notifications, whether through in-product notifications, email updates, or both. The platform supports over 40 languages, offering a wide range of localization options.
