This text introduces a novel approach to tracking menstrual cycles and periods with the help of a period tracker. The period tracker offers various features such as forecasting cycles and Menstruation periods, customizing individual menses duration and cycle length for irregular menses, including specific moods and symptoms, tracking intimate life, and receiving notifications for fertility periods and menses. Users can also log symptoms, such as secretions and mood intensity, and a personal card in the profile provides the date of the beginning of the cycle. The Period Calendar function is used for recording and predicting period, fertile, and ovulation days. However, it is important to note that due to individual differences, the Period Calendar may not always accurately forecast menstrual cycles, making it unsuitable as the sole method of preventing unwanted pregnancy.
