Amplified Bible with Audio
The Amplified Bible (AMP) is an English translation of the Bible that was first published in 1965. It is a collaborative effort between The Zondervan Corporation and The Lockman Foundation. The AMP is primarily based on the American Standard Version of 1901, but also incorporates references from other texts in the original languages. Its unique feature is its use of punctuation and typographical changes to amplify the text and highlight the various nuances of meaning present in the original writings.
