WIOT ensures the safety of children from the moment they leave their homes and board the school bus. It tracks children's check-in and check-out from the bus and monitors the bus's progress and environment. Any issues or incidents are immediately reported to the appropriate authorities. WIOT prioritizes the safety of children throughout the day, ensuring they return home safely.
WIOT Parent, part of the WIOT Enterprise Solution, allows parents to track their child's progress on the school bus, receive arrival notifications, report absences, and access additional features. This application is only available to parents whose schools have implemented the WIOT Enterprise Solution. Parents receive registration information from their school to use the application.
Key features of WIOT Parent include adding/updating a child's profile, tracking school bus progress, receiving bus arrival notifications, sending/receiving messages to other parents and bus supervisors, receiving messages from the school, reporting child absences, setting a home location for the child, and tracking the whereabouts of their children.
