The Roku® mobile app is a must-have for streamers, providing convenient control of Roku devices, voice and keyboard search capabilities, private listening with headphones, streaming of free movies and live TV, and casting media files from phones to TVs. Additional features include adding and launching channels on Roku devices and easier text entry with a mobile keyboard. Certain features require connecting the phone or tablet to the same wireless network as the Roku device, as well as a compatible Roku device and login to a Roku account. Voice search is available in English and Spanish in select countries, The Roku Channel is accessible on the mobile app in the US only, and some channels may require payment and vary by country.
