The new CenterWell Pharmacy™ mobile app offers features to help users keep track of their prescriptions. It allows for simplified refill ordering, easy prescription transfers, and the ability to check an order's status at a glance. The app also provides a complete medication list, quick refills, and prescription details such as refill dates and doctor information. Users can track shipments and utilize the "Snap-to-Transfer" feature to easily transfer prescriptions. Auto-refills, payment options, and preferences can also be managed within the app. Additionally, Medicare customers have access to specialty medications and the ability to shop for over-the-counter products.
