The Boating Weather App for iPhone and iPod Touch provides marine weather forecasts for coastal zones in the United States. It offers real-time wind speed, wave height, and surf forecasts with data sourced from the National Weather Service. This intuitive app allows users to access forecasts for today, tonight, and the week ahead with just one touch. It also includes features like small craft advisories, the ability to save favorite locations for easy reference, and the option to set a default location. However, it does not provide forecasts for inland waterways/rivers or Puerto Rico. A recent issue with receiving updated data is being addressed by the app's development team.
