µFR NFC ePassport Reader

This demo app allows users to read and verify NFC chips in e-Passports. It can be used with either an external NFC reader or the phone's NFC chip. The app verifies the NFC chip in the Machine Readable Travel Document (MRTD) by capturing and analyzing the information from the document's Machine Readable Zone (MRZ). Alternatively, users have the option to manually input the MRZ data. Once the NFC chip is verified, the app displays the document holder's biometric data and document validity.

Privacy is a priority, as the app does not collect or store any personal information. All data is kept only in the device's memory and is deleted upon closing the app.

For more detailed information regarding the app's privacy policy and user manual, please refer to the provided links. The supported devices for this app include µFR Nano, µFR Classic, µFR Classic CS, and µFR Advance. Support for µFR Nano Online (NFC Reader with Wireless and Bluetooth communication) will be available in the next app version.

Please note that this application is provided "as-is" and without any warranty. For additional information, visit the website listed or contact the support team. The app utilizes various licenses, including DLRadioButton MIT License, Tesseract OCR for iOS MIT License, Alamofire MIT License, and SwiftyStoreKit MIT License.
