Seat Puzzle is a lightweight mockup tool designed for professionals in the event management industry. With Seat Puzzle, users can easily create and organize seating arrangements, manage guest lists, and keep track of RSVPs. The platform offers a wide range of features, including an extensive item library, a guest list builder, an event checklist, and the ability to build floor plans up to 180 ft by 180 ft. Users can also import guest lists from spreadsheets, create guest menus, and group guests together into parties.
Additionally, Seat Puzzle allows users to share PDF or photo versions of their floor plans with clients and vendors, as well as print or post them on social media. The platform works offline and automatically syncs with iCloud across all devices. Users can create and manage unlimited events with a Seat Puzzle membership.
The Seat Puzzle membership subscription is available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis and can be canceled at any time. Payments are charged to the user's iTunes Account and renew automatically unless turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
