We have made updates to our app based on your feedback. The new features include the ability to upload photos for your auto and pet policies, choose a repair shop or other service when filing a personal auto insurance claim, track your claim, and utilize Face ID and Touch ID login. Additionally, you can now use Apple Pay to make payments. The app has also been improved to provide better performance, faster speeds, and greater stability. You can view pending payments and future bills, scan a vehicle's VIN to add or replace it on your policy, and refresh main screens by pulling down. Other features include the ability to quickly pay your bill, manage preferred payment methods and automatic payments, view and share insurance ID cards, manage your auto policy and access policy documents, use an accident checklist, request roadside assistance, file an auto or property claim, access agent contact information, manage document delivery and communication preferences, and obtain insurance quotes for auto, renters, or homeowners coverage.
