DirectKey™
The DirectKey app allows users to use their smartphones as hotel room keys, granting access to various areas such as guest rooms, side doors, fitness centers, and elevators. Upon check-in, a secure virtual key is delivered to the user's phone for the duration of their stay. To enter their room, users simply need to open the app, approach the door, and press the room button. DirectKey is supported by Carrier Global Corp.'s key-credentialing platform and 20 years of mobile technology expertise. The DirectKey hotel network is continuously expanding, and users are advised to inquire with their hotel if they offer DirectKey mobile access.
