With up to 12 hours of weather forecasts and over 35 real-time weather layers, users can plan their day, week, or vacation with confidence. The app offers high-resolution and color weather layers, including tropical cyclones, storm cells, lightning strikes, fire observations, air quality, wave heights, and more. Additional features include real-time radar map updates, daily notifications for weather forecasts and severe alerts, detailed hourly and daily forecasts for favorite locations, customization options, and detailed metrics.
For enhanced features and benefits, users can join "The NOAA Radar and Weather Forecast App Premium Features Club." This premium subscription includes access to real-time premium layers, a Hurricane Tracker Tool, Future Radar Mapping, additional zoom layers, more detailed forecasts, customizable notifications, and an ad-free experience. The app offers different subscription plans, starting with a free trial, which can be cancelled at any time. Subscription payments are charged through iTunes accounts, and subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the current subscription period or trial. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Account Settings.
