To backup contacts, users need to download Easy Backup, allow access to contacts, and tap the "Tap to backup" button. To transfer contacts, users need to sign in and backup contacts on their old device, download Easy Backup on their new device, sign in with the same account, and access their cloud backups through the "My Backup History" section.
Restoring contacts is simply done by selecting the desired backup file from the "My Backup History" and hitting "Restore Contacts." Additionally, users can export their contacts by selecting a backup from "My Backup History," choosing the desired contacts, and hitting "Export" to send a .vcf file via email or other services.
