The process is simple and includes three steps. First, you record lectures and meetings directly on your phone. Then, you send a request for transcription, summary notes, or meeting minutes to the professional note takers. Finally, you receive high-quality notes in as little as 24 hours.
The notes are quality assured and created by a team of subject matter specialists. In addition to the basic services, Note Taking Express also allows you to bookmark important parts of your recording, pause the recording if needed, view the progress of your order request, and receive notifications when your notes are ready.
For users with an institutional account provided by a college, university, or school, the usage costs will be covered by the institution and deducted from your allocated Note-taking minutes.
Online support is available through the app 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The notes will be available to download and share from the app as Microsoft Word Document files.
