CW is a versatile app that offers features for Note-taking , writing, editing, and file management. The app supports conversion to PDF and image files, as well as opening and printing common file types. It includes built-in keyboards for convenient and fun text input, such as special characters, emojis, and article pictures. Users can also create their own keyboards and customize keyboard categories.
The app also provides powerful accessory keys, including arrow keys, word navigation, and various editing functions. Users can customize and reorder these keys based on their preferences. The switch key allows for efficient switching between keyboards, enhancing the writing and editing experience.
The advanced editor in CW offers features such as displaying line numbers, jumping to specific line numbers, and turning off word wrap. Users can also customize line spacing, margins, and tab width. Other writing features include full-screen mode, adjustable font size and style, and word, character, and line counts. The app also supports auto-save and locking writing orientation.
CW supports open editing for multilingual text encoding, including languages like Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hebrew, and more. Non-binary files such as C, CPP, and HTML can also be edited within the app. Users have flexibility in managing their files, including renaming, deleting, copying, and moving them. Files can be sorted by name, size, type, or time, and the display options include list, icons, or thumbnails. In-text search and replace functions are available, as well as file and folder name search.
The app offers the ability to convert text files to PDF or image format, with customizable conversion settings. The converted files can be saved, printed, sent via email, or opened in other applications. Integration with Dropbox allows for automatic synchronization of files and folders, while iCloud sync provides real-time synchronization with folder support. CW also supports file sharing through WiFi network, iTunes USB, and email attachment. Users can preview iWork/Microsoft Office documents, RTF documents, and PDF/Image files. Printing via AirPrint is also supported.

Users have the option to choose from 12 beautiful themes and can easily switch between them to suit their moods and personal style. Customizable skins can be created using pictures from the photo album or built-in camera, with options for stretching, rotating, tiling, and zooming the picture. Users can also define the color of text, buttons, paper line, background, and toolbar. The app allows for switching between solid and dashed line paper space, or no lines at all.
