RideShare Driver

As an Independent Business Owner (IBO) in the RideShare platform, you have the opportunity to grow your company through recruitment. Each member that becomes part of your network, known as your Downline, contributes to your earnings, with a percentage of their gross earnings being paid to you.

In order to be eligible to receive commissions from your Downline, you must provide RideShare services for a required number of part-time hours each week. However, as an IBO with RideShare, you will always receive 70% of the gross fare per transaction as soon as the charge is processed.

Special consideration is given to Veterans and Academics, such as teachers and students, who have reduced required hours for commission eligibility.

As a RideShare Driver, you earn commission by working the required part-time hours, and as the number of your direct recruits increases, the required hours for earning commission decrease until it reaches zero. This means that clients benefit from consistently low fares, and businesses receive a high volume of product and service requests due to increased disposable income in society.

The commission structure works as follows:

- When you recruit Driver 1, you earn 2.25% commission from their earnings, with RideShare receiving the remaining 2.75%.

- If Driver 1 recruits Driver 1a, you earn 2.25% commission from Driver 1a's earnings, and an additional 1.5% commission from their 2nd tier downline, while RideShare receives the remaining 1.25%.

- This pattern continues with subsequent recruits, with commissions decreasing for each tier downline.

For example, if one person from each tier earns $100, the IBO as the Upline would receive $5 as commission from their 4-tier Downline. In cases where the commission eligibility requirement is not met during the workweek, the commission is passed to RideShare.

The financial breakdown of earnings involves a 30% deduction from the gross fare, with 5% being allocated as the tiered payout and the remaining 25% being RideShare's deduction.

In summary, as an IBO with RideShare, you have the opportunity to earn commissions from your Downline by working the required part-time hours each week. The commission structure is tiered, with commissions decreasing as you move down the line. By recruiting new members to your Downline, you can increase your earnings and benefit from RideShare's low fares and high demand for services. Please note that individual results may vary depending on commitment levels and sales skills.
