The AntTone app for IOS is a crucial tool for managing your AntTone business and personal phone system. This app allows you to handle your phone system directly from your IOS device, enabling you to manage your calls, voicemail messages, and text messages from anywhere and at any time.
With the AntTone app, you can enjoy various features such as displaying your AntTone business number as your Caller ID, sending and receiving business text messages, utilizing the department messaging feature, and making VoIP calls over Wi-Fi without using your carrier minutes. Additionally, you have the option to make local calls to your home country while traveling internationally, with VoIP calls received directly on the app.
The app also provides convenient functionalities like keeping your business voicemails and messages separate from your personal messages, accessing visual voicemail to see who left a message and return calls, sending and receiving MMS by accessing photo messages, and viewing call time, date, and duration. You can also receive push notifications for incoming messages and access your company extensions as a contact group.
By obtaining a cloud business phone system from AntTone, you can benefit from features like local, mobile, or toll-free numbers, business text messaging, call forwarding, block number, auto-receptionist, multiple extensions, advanced call management, multiple voicemail boxes, music on hold, IVR setting, custom greetings, call screening, dial-by-name directory, and number lookup.
Please note that an existing AntTone account is required to use the AntTone app for IOS. Additionally, there are legal disclaimers regarding emergency calling, call quality outside supported countries, and potential international and roaming charges. To ensure proper functionality, you must enable the option to notify your Softphone and Smartphone in your extension's "Call Handling & Forwarding" menu. Please be aware that the AntTone for IOS app is currently only available on select AntTone plans.
