Writers Session is a comprehensive songwriter’s tool that allows for recording, organizing, and managing Lyrics and melodic ideas. The app features a text editor with quick access to common songwriting tools, as well as a built-in audio recorder for capturing ideas on the go. Users can easily manage multiple recordings within each song session, utilizing the audio player for playback and exporting options. The app also offers organization capabilities through folder creation, making it easy to access and manage larger lists. Additionally, it provides offline access to a rhyming dictionary, thesaurus, and dictionary. With fullscreen and nighttime modes, singers and studio musicians can perform in low-lighted environments with adjustable text sizes for displaying lyrics or chords. The app includes various other features such as importing backing tracks, word and phrase collections for generating ideas, quick entry of musical chord notations and song sections, and a quick recorder for capturing inspirational moments. Users can easily export lyrics and recorded audio ideas via email or Airdrop, and the app supports easy printing directly to a WIFI printer. To prevent accidental loss of ideas, songs are autosaved, and details such as writer credits, royalty splits, and publishing information can be stored and displayed.
