If you have an Apple Watch, you can sync it with the Sweat app to keep track of all your activities.
Sweat is free to download, but ongoing use requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis, with new customers eligible for a free trial. Payment will be charged to your credit card through iTunes, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in your iTunes account settings.
