Xerox® Workplace

The Xerox® Workplace mobile app simplifies local printing and scanning with Xerox MFP devices. It allows users to connect securely from anywhere to any device without direct printer connection. Standard features include easily adding and connecting to printers, opening documents for printing and previewing, capturing images with the camera for printing, selecting print options, integrated public/hot spot printing, and wireless scanning from within the app.

When used with Xerox Workplace Suite or Cloud, additional features include controlled user permissions, unlocking printers with the app instead of a card, printing to various network print devices, support for multiple document formats, GPS location finding, job accounting, pull printing, and integration with desktop print jobs. Feature availability depends on the version and configuration of the Xerox Workplace solution. To get started with Xerox® Workplace, users need to obtain their Company Code information, download and install the app, register and login using the Company Code and credentials, select a document to print, choose print options, and release the document at an available printer.
