The Apple Support app provides personalized assistance for all your Apple products and services. Whether you need help managing your subscriptions or resetting your Apple ID password, Apple Support has you covered. Connect with a real person to troubleshoot issues or access step-by-step solutions to resolve them yourself. The app also helps you find nearby stores, book reservations at the Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider, and even add a pass to Wallet for easy check-in. While the Apple Support app and AppleCare+ plans are available only in select countries or regions, purchasing an AppleCare+ plan is not required to use the app. If you do choose to purchase a plan, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Monthly or annual payment plans, if available in your country or region, will be automatically charged prior to the end of the current billing period.
