Boom, e-commerce, no banking
This abstract discusses the issue of financial exclusion faced by a significant portion of the global population, referred to as the unbanked. The World Bank estimates that around 1 billion women and 700 million men do not have access to a bank account. As a result, these individuals have never engaged in online shopping or had the opportunity to sell their goods and services on the internet. In response to this issue, Boom was launched in July 2022 as an innovative E-commerce marketplace and cryptocurrency wallet. Boom aims to provide a platform for individuals without bank accounts to participate in online buying and selling activities.
