Wind App
This application provides users with current local outdoor Wind speed and direction, measured by a nearby weather station based on the user's current location. The app features a changing background color based on wind speed, a live compass displaying wind direction, and the ability to switch between different wind speed units. Users can also choose the direction of the wind arrow, either pointing from or to the wind. The wind information is automatically updated every hour, and the location is updated when the user moves a significant distance. Additionally, users can share the current wind data and the app is compatible with iPhone X and iPad multitasking. The application also offers functionality on the Apple Watch, including displaying wind speed and direction, a changing background color, and a wind mill speed indicator for wind speed. A watch app and glance interface are available for quick access to wind information.
