Cornelius Composer for Schools
This abstract introduces Cornelius Composer, a user-friendly software that allows teachers and students to easily compose music without the need for complex and difficult-to-use special software. Compositions can be created on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. The software is designed to promote musical creativity and provide a didactic introduction to Music composition . It features colored notation that can be easily changed and adapted to different instrument sets. Compositions can be exported for further processing in other notation software or printed in PDF format. The software also allows for importing existing sheets in MusicXML format. Additional features include support for multiple staves, accessibility options for colorblindness, and animated creatures when zooming in on music notes. The software is available in English, Portuguese, and German and is part of the World of Music series.
