Capital One Mobile
The Capital One Mobile app offers a variety of features and functions to help you manage your accounts and finances. You can view balances, export statements, pay bills, and take care of loans. The app also allows you to check your credit with CreditWise, activate credit or debit cards, and redeem rewards on the go. Additionally, you can send and receive money using Zelle.
By enabling alerts and purchase notifications, you can stay informed about your account activity. The app provides detailed transaction information and allows you to instantly lock your credit or debit card from anywhere. Eno, your Capital One assistant, is available to provide answers and assistance.
Please note that internet access is required to use the mobile app, and you should check with your internet service provider for any fees or charges. Service outages may occur, and it is important to regularly check your account statements. To receive push, email, and SMS alerts and notifications, including purchase notifications, they must be enabled. CreditWise monitoring and alerts may not be available if the information you provide during enrollment does not match the information in your file at consumer reporting agencies.
