- Choose at least 15 affirmations
- When recording your affirmations, truly mean what you say
- Play your affirmations in a continuous loop for at least 5 minutes once a day before bedtime. Morning practice is also recommended for daily motivation.
- Listen to the same set of affirmations for a minimum of 21 days. Repetition is crucial for effective results.

The free version allows you to create a condensed version of the program. You can record up to three affirmations and use one default background music. You can change the affirmations at any time and re-record them.

The features include recording an unlimited number of affirmations with a longer recording time per affirmation, the ability to change background music, setting an auto-stop timer, and volume control.
