Costpoint Time and Expense
This text discusses the features of a native mobile app that allows employees to manage their timesheets and view their leave balances. They can also see any pending tasks related to their timesheets. Supervisors have access to the same app and can view and approve employee timesheets.
Additionally, when integrated with a Costpoint 8 upgraded system, employees are able to use the app to manage their expenses. This includes capturing expense receipts with Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), editing and claiming outstanding expenses, and creating and submitting expense reports. Supervisors can also use the app to approve expense reports, expense charges, and expense attachments. Overall, this app provides a convenient and user-friendly way for employees and supervisors to manage their timesheets and expenses on the go.
