The ECOVACS HOME app is a new tool that allows users to control their DEEBOT vacuum cleaners from anywhere at any time. With this app, users can start, pause, or stop the cleaning process, set a regular cleaning schedule, adjust settings such as voice report and suction power, and receive notifications from their Wi-Fi enabled robot. Users can also share their DEEBOT with friends through multiple accounts, receive software and firmware updates, access instruction manuals and tutorials, and contact customer service. For those with advanced mapping DEEBOT models, additional features include setting up Virtual Boundary to create no-go zones, customizing cleaning areas, viewing real-time stats and maps of cleaned areas, and adjusting water flow levels for mopping. The app also offers compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, allowing users to control their DEEBOT with voice commands.
