The Outdooractive App for iPhone, iPad and AppleWatch is the perfect companion for Hiking , cycling and other outdoor activities. With the app, users can easily find and plan routes worldwide. The app includes latest vector maps with accurate information about hiking and cycling trails and protected areas. Users can browse a global trail database with countless route suggestions, elevation profiles, photos, and directions. The outdoor route planner allows users to create custom routes and share them with friends. Users can also record their own tracks with detailed information.
The app includes features such as navigation with speech output, BuddyBeacon for sharing real-time location, and challenges to motivate activity. A global outdoor travel guide and a directory of mountain huts are also available. For Pro members, the app can be used offline and includes access to additional maps and features. Pro+ members have access to premium maps and routes from certified guides. There are subscription options available for additional services, which can be managed through iTunes.
