GPS Speedometer and Odometer
The GPS Speedometer and Odometer app is a versatile tool used to measure speed for various modes of transportation including cars, bikes, walks, runs, boats, buses, trains, bicycles and planes. The app offers a wide range of features such as displaying current speed, average speed, maximum speed, distance, odometer, stopwatch, clock, movement time, idle time, pause time, latitude, longitude, altitude, GPS connectivity, and direction of movement. Users can also utilize the pedometer function to count steps, track calories burnt, miles covered, and elapsed time, with all data conveniently saved in a list for easy access.
With a speed accuracy of close to 99%, the app can work offline and offers various display modes including HUD (Head-up Display) in 5 portrait and 5 landscape options. Users have the ability to customize display colors and choose from 4 speed units - MPH, km/h, m/s, and knots. The app allows for setting minimum and maximum speed limits with alerts for exceeding these limits, along with the capability to set multiple speed limits simultaneously. Ideal for those with broken speedometers or odometers, the app tracks routes on a map with detailed information on speed, accuracy, altitude, latitude, and longitude.
Additional functions of the app include a compass feature, 1/100 decimal point speed view, and the ability to measure walking speed. All trips are automatically saved for later viewing, providing a comprehensive overview of statistics with a simple tap.
